3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private code and for all activities that occur under your use of the Service.

You agree not to upload any images that are illegal, infringe on any third-party rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

You are solely responsible for the content of the images you upload.

4. Image Retention and Deletion

Images uploaded to the Service will be automatically deleted after 24 hours. You acknowledge that you are responsible for downloading any images you wish to keep before the expiration period.

Images may be removed explicitly by you at any time.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Statement outlines the practices of the Service regarding the collection, use, and retention of user data.

Users may use a private code to upload a single image, which is replaced by a subsequent upload. Access to the uploaded image is granted to any individual possessing the corresponding private code.

All images uploaded to the Service will be automatically deleted after a period of 24 hours. Users retain the right to manually remove their associated images at any time prior to the automatic deletion.

We do not associate private codes with usernames; however, we do maintain logs of user activity by IP address for the purposes of security, operational integrity, and compliance with applicable laws.

Encryption is not used between the source and destination devices and the Service. This is necessary due to the nature of the purpose of the Service, which is to be accessed by antique computers which do not have the computational resources to use encryption.

The Service should not be used for transporting any information where the expectation is that that information will remain private.

We are committed to your privacy and ensuring the protection of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
